Meet Slammin’ Stanley, the great grandpet of our program's first ever head coach, Stanley Westover (1958-1964). Slammin' Stan slams high and nasty bombs, but he can’t seem to break out of the 76-78 range even though his driver ball speed is Trackman'd at 200+ mph. Nonetheless, he loves golf, and that's really what matters most. He fills his bag with a full set of RAM clubs from driver to putter that he got on clearance from the PGA Tour Superstore in Plymouth Meeting. Stanley’s favorite band is The Ramones. His favorite show is the PBS documentary, “Bighorn Sheep”. He’s an Eagles fan, but he also roots for the Los Angeles Rams when nobody is looking. He drives a 3-inch lifted Dodge Ram TRX he was gifted by his parents after he advanced to the PIAA District 1 Championship for the first time his senior year through a 6-for-1 playoff at the Central League Qualifier.
